Training Runs
There are training runs from convenient spots in the vicinity every weekday
at 5:00am. These vary in distance depending on the day of the week.
Generally Monday is an easy run and Wednesday is the longest run. All are welcome to run whether club members or not.

Club runs are arranged for weekends when there are
no suitable races. On the longer runs water and Coke are provided to runners
at approximately 3km intervals. All runners both fast and slow are welcome.
Please check with the office as to starting time if you want to join the
run.
